アンインストールした後、再インストールしても再度料金はかかる事はありません。

Ｑ３．購入後15分以上たったが返金してほしい
アンドロイドマーケットの返金は購入してから15分と定められています。
申し訳ありませんが、それ以降の返金には応じられません。
